Flip is designed to give kids the best week of their summer in large spaces and small communities where they stay safe, make friends, and are known. Kids will discover that God wants us to be FULLY ALIVE because we can believe what He says is TRUE!
Each night will be packed with RAD projects, EXTREME games and competitions, AMPED worship, and a whole OVERLOAD of fun!
FLIP kicks off Monday, June 25 and concludes Thursday, June 28 with a great big Family BBQ and Party!

What does the day look like for my preschooler?
Our Preschool Kids will experience a separate age-specific camp. We divide the kids further by creating a 3-year-old environment and 4-year-old/PreK track. Each child is placed in a specific small group with consistent small group leaders. The Preschoolers will look at the stories of Joseph, Jesus and Paul, and learn how we can Live Fully Alive because of Jesus.
What does the day look like for my Kindergarten through Grade 5 kid?
At Woodside Kids, June marks our ‘move up’ where kids move over to the next grade level. FLIP camp is then based on their grade in the Fall of 2018. Check-in & Check-out are in the main Worship Center each day and we make a BIG ENVIRONMENT feel personal by creating consistent small groups within three camps: K1 | 23 | 45.
The day begins with high energy Worship then the three mini camps dismiss into their rotations for the day which includes: Rad Games/Snack, Crafts, and Small Groups.
What about safety?
We love your kids and value safety. Because of this we background-check and specially train all of our volunteers, adhere to specific bathroom policies, and ask that kids participate for the entire timeframe of the evening.
Each day your kids will receive a nut-free, nutritious snack to keep them going strong throughout the evening. Make sure to indicate any allergies on your kid’s registration.
Does my 3-year-old have to be fully potty-trained?
Our policy is that kids are fully potty-trained for the ease of our volunteers and to benefit the kids themselves having a great day at camp.
Can my 6th Grader help?
As a student entering the 6th grade in the Fall 2018, we have some parameters on serving here for FLIP Camp. The youngest we allow Junior Counselors is 7th grade and they have to go through our Child Protection Program. There is an option to have a special track of ‘auxiliary helpers’ for 6th graders who are here that week because one or both of their parents are serving in a volunteer capacity.
I am volunteering – do I get a discount for my kids?
Yes! Once you sign up to be a volunteer, one of our directors will contact you with more information.
