Woodside Students: Hope Week

HOPE WEEK | is the largest summer missions trip for those entering 7th-12th grade in the fall. They will spend the week sharing the love of Christ through work projects, Flip camps and outreach opportunities. Our 7th & 8th graders (OASIS) will be partnering with the Pontiac Campus and The Dream Center, while our 9th-12th graders (WAKE) will be serving in the communities of Detroit, Dearborn, Southfield, Pontiac & Warren. Everyone will be staying at Rochester College for the week as we launch each day to serve!

When a student arrives on Saturday at Rochester, they will be assigned a family. The families will be broken up by Oasis and Wake and be given a site/organization they will serve for the week. On Saturday and Sunday, the families begin to spend time together, plan for the week and will have training with all of the Hope Week Families. Their day consists of being present at their site Monday-Thursday from about 9AM-3PM, after morning devotions and prayer. After each day at their site, we will have different activities and sessions for everyone to be a part of! This is an unforgettable week that challenges students to grow in their faith whether it is their first time or fifth time being a part of Hope Week and continues to instill a heart of compassion. We hope you join us!

COST | The cost of Hope Week is $300. The cost of the week includes meals, transportation, supplies for each of the work sites, lodging and the opportunity for the families to be able to bless those they serve.
