Below are some of the frequently asked questions and answers to those questions. If you have specific questions please email or call 248.687.7121.


Q: What type of donation options are there?
A: The new system allows for credit/debit card or ACH(Bank account) transactions. ACH or debit card are always the best method as the transaction fees are much lower than credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q: My account is no longer working? Now what?
A: If you have any issues logging in or connecting your account please contact us at or call 248.687.7121. The finance team is in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 4:00pm.

Q: I see there is an option for Google or Facebook login. What information is shared with them?
A: The Google and Facebook login options allow for instant registration of your account. The only information used to create your account is your name and email address. No other data is shared with Google or Facebook and we will never request other data from them.

Q: How do I give to person going on a Mission Trip?
A: To give to a person going on a trip log into the online giving system and click on Mission Trips in the top menu. You then pick the trip name and the person you would like to support. Enter the amount and payment information and submit the donation.

Q: Can I only give online?
A: Online giving is just one way to give. We have all new text to give, giving kiosks (Troy, White Lake, Royal Oak and Lake Orion) and soon an all new Woodside App. With the new system all of these use the same account. Of course you can always give cash or check in the Worship service or via mail.

Q: You mentioned text to give. What is the new text to give phone number and how does it work?
A: The new text to give number is 248.266.9778. We recommend setting up your account in the new system first. Once you login you can click on the “Your Account” link in the menu and then go to “My Profile”. In the section with your name click on “Text Giving” and follow the instructions to connect your phone. At the bottom of the page you will see some keywords you can use. You can also setup your default campus to donate to on this page. If you set this up you simply text the amount you would like to give and it will go to the General Fund for your campus. If you wish to designate to another fund simply enter that keyword then the amount (Example Vision $50). If you did not setup your account online the system will walk you through the setup. Make sure to enter your campus then hit send. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
