Today we departed from Puerto Rico. We gathered together this morning to pray over our partners at Convoy of Hope, and share with each other how God has worked all week. We couldn’t be more thankful and in awe of how we experienced all we did.
We asked ourselves, how will we share all that happened? It was a great, overwhelming thought. The best news is that God is working miracles in Puerto Rico. He is mending the community and lives of those who are affected by the hurricane. When we saw lives, hearts, and hope arise from the ashes, it gave us hope. As we face trials, God is our deliverer. When we face heartbreak, God is ready to mend our hearts. One of our songs we just had set in our hearts was “So Will I” by Hillsong UNITED. It simply says in the song, “if the stars were made to worship, so will I. For if everything exists to lift you high, so will I.” The world was created to worship Him, and we are called as believers to lift His name above all else, and in this season, God transformed and gave us, and the people of Puerto Rico, a beautiful reminder to bring Him glory in it all.
Thank you for parterning with every person on this team whether it be in prayer, giving, or anyway it all. We couldn’t be more excited for all He has done and will do in the future of Puerto Rico!
