The Safety and Security Assistant Director is a full-time, salaried position, working primarily from our Lake Orion campus. The person in this position is responsible for assisting the Director in overseeing the Safety & Security Department, with the primary role of overseeing our Child Protection Program and Safety & Security Department office operations.
Applicants must have the ability to implement administrative systems, policies and procedures, and monitor administrative projects. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to maintain the highest confidentiality with respect to records and conversations. An associate degree or equivalent work experience is required.
