Resources on Mental Health
Each year the month of May is set aside for Mental Health Awareness. A month dedicated to resourcing individuals and communities about the importance of taking care of ones mental health and providing opportunities to get help. At Woodside, we want to join in the continued conversation surrounding mental health and provide Godly resources to help those in our church family and beyond.
Our Woodside Staff has put together a resource list for you filled with books, blogs written by staff and counselors, episodes of The Link centering around mental health conversations, and online resources for you to utilize. If you or a loved one are struggling or are looking for professional help, please contact us and one of our Campus Pastors would love to meet you, talk with you, and connect you with a mental health professional.
