Resources on Mental Health
May 18, 2021
At Woodside, we are dedicated to resourcing individuals and communities about the importance of taking care of one’s mental health and providing opportunities to get help. And we want to join in the continued conversation surrounding mental health and provide Godly resources to help those in our church family and beyond.
Our Woodside Staff has put together a resource list for you filled with books, blogs written by staff and counselors, episodes of Coming & Going, The Link, and Everyday Theology centering around mental health conversations, and online resources for you to utilize.
If you or a loved one are struggling or are looking for professional help, please contact us and one of our Campus Pastors would love to meet you, talk with you, and connect you with a mental health professional. To contact us, click here.

Grace Space – Grace Space [meeting at Woodside’s Royal Oak Campus] is a place for those have a mental illness or family members who have a loved one living with a mental illness. Here you will find support, knowledge, encouragement, and grace in a safe, faith-based setting. Built around book studies and discussions, the goal of this group is to encourage one another as we support our loved ones, and to be reminded of how, as the church that loves Jesus, we can care for those around us.
