Worship from Home

Join us on Sundays as we continue our Community in Action, an original Woodside message series in the book of Ephesians. If we know who we are in Christ, then we can move forward in living well together! This series will take us to the great truths of day-to-day actions that we should undertake as a church living in Christ. We’ll see the practical importance of the gospel lived out in everyday life, and move together in unity to thegrace of God in all of life.
Watch online at 10 or 11:30am this Sunday!

Groups Online

Many Woodside Groups are meeting via video chat during our online worship services on Sunday and in place of their typical gatherings throughout the week. If you’d like to get this started with your Group, consider using a video conferencing platform. If you don’t belong to a Group click the button below to find one.

Watch/Read/Listen

In a season when our Woodside family is unable to meet together to worship, pray, and study the Word as we typically would, we are passionate about encouraging and resourcing you in new and different ways.

Have a Need? Fill a Need.

The Woodside Family is passionate about meeting needs in our community – and we’d love for you to join us! Let us know how we can care for you and help you serve others during this difficult season. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter [4:10]

Woodside Cares

FAQs

When our Woodside Family isn’t able to gather in person, we are thankful for the opportunity to worship together online. May this season remind us that the Church is not a building or an event – it is a people!

There are a lot of digital tools out there to help us stay connected!

As of March 12th, we have decided to postpone all short-term mission trips for 60 days to ensure the safety of our church family. This decision, although difficult, has been made based upon conversations with state government officials as well as church leaders both in Michigan and across the country. Where possible, trips will be rescheduled for a future date.

Please be encouraged by the truth God gives us in his Word – that he holds our world in his hands.

For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. (Psalm 95:3-7)

The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; for he founded it on the seas and established it on the waters. (Psalm 24:1)

Find peace in knowing that God is the creator and sustainer of our world. In seasons of uncertainty, remember that He is your refuge and strength, your ever-present help in times of need (Psalm 46).

Furthermore, remember to pray for those who are affected by this illness, whether as a patient or a caregiver. Pray strength and insight over the many doctors, healthcare workers, and researchers devoting themselves to better understanding and treating COVID-19. May God cover us with peace and strength, and may the hope of Christ shine in our community.
