Central Events Coordinator, Woodside Bible Church – Full Time

The Central Events Coordinator is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Executive and Regional Hub Pastor. This role is responsible to support the vision, mission, and purpose of Woodside Bible Church, through the oversight and support of multi-site engagement opportunities for men and women across Woodside and its campuses. This coordinator is tasked with creating innovative solutions to simultaneously deliver an amazing guest experience while driving us towards our goals. Through the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-site events and programming, the Events Coordinator works to provide effective on-ramps, engagement opportunities, and communication tools to support overall engagement across Woodside.

A Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience is required, as well as a minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, building ministry and volunteer teams (ideally of 50-100+) This leader Highly organized with strong skills in administration, the ability to troubleshoot, create processes and systems with a strong eye for details, have good character and reputation with a commitment to spiritual health, and must be committed to Woodside’s philosophy of ministry and mission helping people Belong to Christ, Grow in Christ and Reach the world for Christ.

Central Pastor of Life Groups – Full Time

The Central Pastor of Life Groups is a Full-Time, exempt position that exists to lead out the development and implementation of the Life Groups model of Woodside Bible Church in partnership with the Senior Executive Pastor of Campuses.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required for this position, an earned master’s degree from an accredited seminary is preferred. Qualified candidates will need at least 5 years of relevant experience in ministry leadership within a for-profit, not-for-profit, or church environment with direct management and at least 5 years’ experience leading and multiplying groups of disciples of Jesus into the vision of a decentralized community on mission for the gospel.

Worship and Discipleship Pastor, Woodside Plymouth – Full Time

The Worship & Discipleship Pastor at the Plymouth Campus is a full-time, salaried position assisting the Campus Pastor in leading in strategic areas of Worship Gatherings and Life Group development and multiplication.

A Bachelors’ degree is required, a Masters’ degree is preferred for this position. This leader must be able to communicate clearly, administrate teams and projects, and support in providing pastoral care for the congregation. Assistant Director for Kids’ Ministry, Woodside Lake Orion – Part Time

The Assistant Director of Kids Ministry is a part-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Kids Ministry at our Lake Orion Campus. This role is meant to establish a quality Kids Ministry program and environment, a Kids volunteer leader development program, as well as an effective parent support & resource system. The ideal candidate is proficient in establishing and managing systems & processes, but is also relationally capable in interacting with kids, parents, and volunteers. The candidate should be known as an implementor and should be capable of collaborating well with other individuals.

A Bachelors’ degree is preferred, as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience in working with Kids Ministry in a paid capacity. This leader must be motivated to build and maintain healthy volunteer teams and see the church effectively partner with parents to raise godly families alongside the Kids Ministry Director.

Safety and Security Administrative Assistant – Part-time

The Safety and Security Administrative Assistant is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Lead Director of Safety and Security. This role serves as the assist in the programs of ministry to Woodside Bible Church. The Safety and Security Administrative Assistant provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects, maintains confidentiality with respect to records, conversations, and ministerial counseling, and has the ability to work independently and exercise judgment in order to be able to analyze and investigate a variety of questions or problems.

A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, prior office experience is preferred. A candidate for this role would be patient, delivers high-quality work, works well on a team, prioritizes well, and is organized with a commitment to Woodside’s philosophy of ministry and mission helping people Belong to Christ, Grow in Christ, and reach the world for Christ.

The Kids’ Project Director at the Troy Campus is a part-time, exempt position assisting the Family Ministries Pastor in providing leadership and direction over resourcing kids and parents digitally and organizational skills to manage projects.

This leader must be a team player who can organize and manage the weekly digital resources for Kids Ministry, is able to innovate and process new ways of accomplishing tasks, and is able to multi-task and plan-ahead in a dynamic environment, anticipating future events.
