Central Pastor of Life Groups, Woodside Bible Church – Full Time

The Central Pastor of Life Groups is a Full-Time, exempt position that exists to lead out the development and implementation of the Life Groups model of Woodside Bible Church in partnership with the Senior Executive Pastor of Campuses.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required for this position, an earned master’s degree from an accredited seminary is preferred. Qualified candidates will need at least 5 years of relevant experience in ministry leadership within a for-profit, not-for-profit, or church environment with direct management and at least 5 years’ experience leading and multiplying groups of disciples of Jesus into the vision of a decentralized community on mission for the gospel.

Live Visual Arts Manager, Woodside Troy – Full Time

The Live Visual Arts Manager is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Troy Production Director. The Live Visual Arts Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the live video and lighting production teams, and supporting the overall production team live experience, as well as online.

This role must have considerable knowledge of lighting and video production and equipment, high-level relational skills, and the ability to build unity among staff and volunteers. This role must also demonstrate the ability to accomplish assigned projects collaboratively with other ministry staff, utilizing highly developed communication (written and verbal), project, and time management. The Live Visual Arts Manager will be able to perform high quality, detailed work with minimum supervision within assigned deadlines, be teachable and flexible, and able to mentor and train leaders.

Production Systems Manager, Woodside Troy – Full Time

The Production Systems Manager is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Troy Production Director. The Production Systems Manager is responsible for maintaining all systems connected to the Troy Worship Arts Center. This role partners with the Troy production staff to provide system preparation and training. Event support in a production discipline (i.e., stage managing, audio, video/lighting) at least once per month, always with the goal of training and development.

This role must have must have exceptional technical trouble shooting skills, with the ability to solve technical problems quickly in high pressure deadline situations and be energized by learning new skills and emerging technologies. Kids Ministry Lead Director & Hub Leader, Troy Campus – Full Time

The Kids Ministry Lead Director/Hub Leader is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Executive Pastor of the Troy Campus. The Kids Ministry Lead Director/Hub Leader exists to partner with parents to help kids discover and embrace a relationship with Jesus Christ for a lifetime and to fulfill the purpose, mission, and values of the church.

A Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience is preferred with 2+ years experience working with Kids’ Ministry. The Kids Ministry Lead Director/Hub Leader must be motivated to build and maintain healthy volunteer teams and see the church effectively partner with parents to raise godly families, lead the Woodside Kids Ministry to instill in kids a deep love for Jesus and his church, as we equip parents to be their primary spiritual influencers. This position will oversee campus budget for Woodside Kids, manage the ongoing schedule of volunteers and maintain a proficiency in the database, and serve as a HUB Ministry team member to resource and support their assigned Campus Ministry Directors and act as their liaison to ensure open and consistent communication lines.

Campus Pastor, Woodside Chesterfield – Full Time

The Campus Pastor for Chesterfield is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Regional Hub Pastor. This Campus Pastor is responsible for the overall preparation and presentation of Woodside Bible Church, Chesterfield Campus. This position oversees, directs, and develops campus staff, as well as sets the leadership tone that creates an open community for those seeking “a church experience.”

This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an approved theological seminary, a Master’s degree preferred, three (3) to five (5) years of prior experience and pastoral developmental path demonstrated, and must meet leadership qualifications as outlined in the Woodside Bible Church bylaws. Short-Term Missions Coordinator, Woodside Bible Church – Full Time

The Short-Term Missions Coordinator is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Outreach Programs. The Short-Term Missions Coordinator is a member of Woodside’s Global and Local Outreach Team and serves under the direction of the Director of Outreach Programs. The role is designed to support the vision, mission, and purpose of Woodside by overseeing the direction and implementation of our short-term mission trips, vision trips, and mobilization teams.

This role must meet leadership qualifications stated in the Woodside Bible Church bylaws and be experienced in the leadership of others to accomplish a common purpose, have at least one (1) year of leadership in various areas of ministry within a church or global missions organization, and be experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Publisher, Excel, Power-Point. The Short-Term Missions Coordinator will also need the ability to plan and manage details of various projects at the same time, demonstrate a dependence on God, demonstrate humility, and model personal integrity, as well as genuinely valuing people from a wide spectrum of socio-economic/ethnic backgrounds and helping others to do the same.

Maintenance Technician, Woodside Bible Church – Full Time

The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Central Facilities Director. This role will execute the daily repair and maintenance work orders, and carpentry build projects. Depending on role assignment and specialty experience, may be assigned to handle HVAC and electrical.

This role must have five years’ experience in general building maintenance, carpentry, and equipment repair desired. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. The Maintenance Technician must have knowledge of and experience in properties and plant management/maintenance, as well as experience in managing, delegating, and coordinating projects.

Women’s Ministry Director, Woodside Troy – Full Time

The Women’s Ministry Director is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Adult Ministries and Spiritual Formations Pastor of the Troy Campus. Women’s Ministry Director is primarily responsible for the spiritual formation of women at Woodside Bible Church, Troy Campus.

Primary responsibilities include helping women in spiritual formation, coordinating/leading Bible studies and events, working with the Adult Ministries team to strengthen Life Groups, and mentoring/discipling women. A minimum of an associate’s degree is required, a bachelor’s is preferred, as well as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a ministry role. This role will offer practical leadership training, helping women find their best place to serve in the church, coordinate with the Care Ministry to determine ways that women can serve, and identify women/families in need of support and care.

The Women’s Ministry Director will assess the needs and interests of the women of the church, and find ways to relevantly reach out to and encourage all the women of the church. This role will work in collaboration with the Adult Ministries Team as well as with Women’s Ministry leaders from other campuses to develop multi-campus Women’s Ministry opportunities.

Outreach Program Coordinator, Woodside Bible Church – Full Time

The Outreach Program Coordinator is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Assistant Director of Outreach Programs. The role is designed to support the vision, mission and purpose of Woodside by providing administrative support to our Child Sponsorship Program and execution for our local serving events.

At least three (3) years of experience in administrative processes and logistics is preferred. The Outreach Program Coordinator will maintain a database with a current profile and historical records on each sponsored child and sponsor communications. This position is also responsible for executing logistical needs of local serving events including facilities, technology, communication and marketing, purchasing, set up and tear down, and volunteer coordination, and ensures that all actions performed within the context of this job position accomplishes and furthers the mission, vision, and values of Woodside Bible Church (Belong, Grow, Reach).

The Campus Administrative Assistant is a part-time, hourly position reporting to the Chesterfield Campus Pastor. The Student Ministries Director is a part-time, exempt position reporting to the Campus Pastor of the Pontiac Campus. Administrative Assistant for Adult Ministries, Woodside Troy – Part-Time

The Administrative Assistant for Adult Ministries is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Adult Ministries and Spiritual Formation Pastor at the Troy Campus. This role will provide administrative and clerical support for Adult Ministries through the direction of the Adult Ministries and Spiritual Formation Pastor.

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an administrative role is required, an associate’s degree is preferred. The Adult Ministries Administrative Assistant should have strong interpersonal/public relation skills, a personable demeanor, and an engaging personality.

They must be detail-oriented, meticulous in record keeping, and diligent in following up with unresolved matters. The Administrative Assistant should be self-motivated and systematic, working well corporately and independently. They will need the capacity to communicate needs, priorities, value, and gratitude effectively and regularly to several distinct groups of church leaders and volunteers. The Administrative Assistant should have the ability to manage projects and multi-task, as well as assist, direct and coordinate others.

Assistant Director for Kids’ Ministry, Woodside Lake Orion – Part-Time

The Assistant Director of Kids Ministry is a part-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Kids Ministry at our Lake Orion Campus. This role is meant to establish a quality Kids Ministry program and environment, a Kids volunteer leader development program, as well as an effective parent support & resource system. Connect/Next Steps Pathways Administrative Assistant, Woodside Troy – Part-Time

The Connect/Next Steps Pathway Administrative Assistant is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Next Steps Pastor of the Troy Campus. This role will provide administrative and clerical support for the Next Steps Pathway and Connect Ministries.
