Leadership Institute Application

*Please note the below distinctions and requirements before selecting your program of interest:

Internship:
Ages 18+
Have some sense of gifting and calling
Minimum of a high school diploma
Some college preparatory work desired
Experience serving in local church context

Residency:
Ages 21+
Have strong sense of calling
Must meet leadership qualifications as outlined in the Woodside Bible Church bylaws
One year minimum of ministry experience (required)
Possesses a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent (required)
Previous Internship (required)
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

For each institution at which you have studied beyond High School, please provide the following:
Briefly share any relevant previous experience. If you have been involved in more than 3 different ministry opportunities in your life, please only share the 3 that you consider most significant and appropriate.
Please submit in 250 words or less for each of the following. Click on the bottom right corner of the text box to expand or shrink the box.
Please provide information for 3-4 references to be contacted by Woodside Bible Church. A pastoral or spiritual mentor reference, A staff member of the church you currently attend, A supervisor of a past job, internship, or volunteer experience, and a forth Optional reference of your choice (not a family member).
